BOTOX®

Botox® is a nonsurgical, physician-administered treatment that can temporarily reduce moderate-to-severe frown lines between the brows in patients 18 to 65 years of age. BOTOX works by blocking nerve impulses, which reduces the movement of line-causing muscles. With less movement, the skin surface gradually smooths out. These treatments can also prevent lines from deepening over time.

Your doctor will make a few tiny injections--no anesthesia is required. The entire procedure takes approximately ten minutes, and any discomfort is minimal and brief.

Treatment results persist for four to six months on average. BOTOX treatment can also be used to alleviate excessive sweating. More than one million people have been treated with BOTOX Cosmetic since its FDA approval in 2002.

Collagen CosmoDerm and CosmoPlast

The only commercially available dermal fillers in the world made from human collagen. Treatment and recovery usually take less than one hour. The collagen is injected just below the surface of the skin, filling in unwanted lines and wrinkles and adding definiton to the lip border. Treatment results are immediate and typically last three to six months, depending on the area being treated. Without ongoing treatments, the collagen is gradually absorbed by the body and your face returns to its original contours.

Restylane®

Restylane® is a safe and natural cosmetic dermal filler that instantly restores volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate-to-severe facial wrinkles and folds. Restylane is the only cosmetic dermal filler made of non-animal-based hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that already exists in the human body.
